NB. If you’re using Practice Pal outside of your child’s school please take a look at our instructions here.
You should receive an email from your child’s school inviting you to sign up for Practice Pal, if you’ve not had this please let the school know or contact us. It is important you create your account through the link from the school in order to properly link your child to the record the school have created for them. If you have created your account already you should still be able to accept the invite from the school but if you have any issues let us know.
Creating a new account
Firstly click the Create Account button
Enter your details, there is the option later to add your child’s details but the section here is for your information
Click continue and enter your chosen password and then enter it again to confirm. Passwords must be 6 characters long and match before you can continue
When you click continue you’ll get a confirmation screen asking you to check your details and then you’ll need to tick the box to confirm you agree to our Guardian terms of use, Safeguarding Policy and Safeguarding procedures.
You can also opt-in to hear exciting updates and offers from us via email, you can opt in or out within your account at any time if you change your mind
Once you click register you should be redirected to your dashboard and can move onto setting up your learner and accepting the invite from the school.
